This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, register for our webinars, subscribe to our "Stay Informed" updates, or otherwise interact with our services.
By accessing our website or providing your personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

"Stay Informed" Subscription Information Our "Stay Informed" form collects only your email address, for the purpose of sending you updates about PDhub webinars and programs. We also retain a record of your subscription status and communications sent to you. This information is processed through Mailchimp.
Website Information When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and general website usage patterns.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use personal information to register participants for webinars and future programs, send confirmations and reminders, respond to inquiries, send updates about upcoming programs, understand audience interests, maintain business records, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at [email protected].
4. Third-Party Service Providers
PDhub relies on service providers to operate its programs. Mailchimp is used to manage the "Stay Informed" email list and subscriber preferences. Zoom is used to host and deliver webinars. These providers' own privacy practices govern their handling of data collected directly through their platforms.
As PDhub expands into online courses, we anticipate adding a learning management system and may also add website hosting, analytics, or payment processing providers. This Privacy Policy will be updated before new providers go into use.
5. Sharing of Personal Information
PDhub does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose personal information only to service providers described above, where required by law or legal process, or with your consent.
Our current webinars are not sponsored, and we do not share registrant information with session speakers or moderators. If this changes for a future program, we will disclose it clearly at the time of registration.
6. Data Storage and Security
PDhub takes reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver our programs, maintain records, meet legal or regulatory obligations, and support legitimate business purposes. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Under applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent for certain uses, or ask questions about how your personal information is handled.
9. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to understand website traffic and improve functionality. You may adjust your browser settings to control or disable cookies, though this may affect certain site features.
10. Future Services: Online Courses and LMS
PDhub intends to expand its offerings to include online courses delivered through a learning management system. When this expansion occurs, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how course enrollment, progress tracking, and certification information are collected, used, and stored.
